By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Buyer Due Diligence
We strongly encourage all enthusiasts and collectors to perform their own due diligence before purchasing any watch from us. We are more than happy to accommodate questions, provide additional information, photos, or clarification upon request prior to purchase.
2. Condition & “As-Is” Sale
All watches are sold as is, in the condition described in the advertisement at the time of sale. No additional warranties or guarantees are implied unless explicitly stated.
3. Vintage Nature of Products
These are vintage timepieces and, by nature, will exhibit signs of age, wear, and imperfections. Any known flaws or notable characteristics will be disclosed in the description of each listing. Minor age-related wear not explicitly stated may still be present.
4. Definition of Movement Service
Where a movement service is stated, it is defined as:
• Complete dismantling of the movement
• Professional cleaning of all components
• Re-oiling and lubrication
• Reassembly and calibration for proper operation

No guarantee of future service interval or long-term performance is implied.
5. Pricing & Shipping
Courier costs are determined by destination country.
• Domestic shipping: Flat rate
• International shipping: Calculated based on destination

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Delivery Damage Policy
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the buyer must document the condition before opening the package (photos and/or video). Failure to document prior to opening will void any damage claim.
The buyer must lodge a claim with the courier provider and notify us promptly. We will conduct an investigation in coordination with the courier.
7. Claims & Investigation
Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is subject to verification of proper documentation and courier confirmation.
8. Refund Policy
If a claim is approved following investigation, a refund will be issued within 48 hours to the buyer’s nominated bank account.
